SO IT BEGINS!!! JUSTELDREDGE PODCAST is on Mission to get Healthy and Fit !!! 🏋🏾♂️🏋🏾♂️🧘🏾♂️🏃🏾♂️🏃🏾♂️
We wanted to start with the basic so we called in some personal inspiration, and by now Cousin Troy is a JEP staple!! Back for the 5/6 time!! We talk about not just losing weignt but why does one get fat based on science. We also touch on ketogenics, intermittent fasting, yoga, soca, zumba, eating raw vegan, body trauma, mental health and when your significant other leaves you for being handicapped(DAMN!), HOT BISCUIT juice ? (WTF) and much more!!
AND WHAT WILL BE THE CHALLENGE?? We want to hold Eldredge accountable to send us your challenge ideas for the live one year anniversary podcast!!!
